Vr. S Pichaiya has carried out over 25000 valuation assignments in over 4 decades of practice. One of the oldest active members of IOV, he has been a Chairman of the Coimbatore Branch and serves as a General Council Member of IOV. As the Chairman of Valuation Standards Advisory Board of IOV RVF, he leads the team in formulation of Valuation Standards for the various types of Assets by IOV RVF.
